Even if Compostia is avowedly neutral with regards to the three big alliances in Scandinavia, it is obvious to anyone that it is with the Northern Council Compostia shares most of its political and moral values. And, in spite of our disagreement on one or two issues in the past, I _do_ look on you as The Good Guys. That is also why I've held you to higher standards than some other nations and alliances.
Therefore I look forward to following the discussions of the Northern Council, and hopefully making a beneficial contribution. In this way, together we can further peace, democracy and human rights in Scandinavia.
